  7. We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Digital Marketing Designer & Web Specialist to take ownership of a broad scope of work across design, web, video, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong visual design capabilities, independently bring forward recommendations for creative refreshes, and actively drive the modernization of legacy web and campaign assets. You will play a crucial role in shaping our user experience, creating compelling visual and video content, and ensuring accurate tracking across our digital marketing efforts.
  8. Candidates should have a track record of design excellence and must provide a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphics and videos.
  9. Key Responsibilities:
  10. Graphic Design & Enablement: Design digital and print promotional elements, including blog images, social media tiles, flyers, and event assets. Develop sales and product enablement visuals for new features and integrations. Provide creative support for the customer lifecycle and feature adoption.
  11. UI/UX & Web Design: Proactively improve UX for landing pages, key website pages, checkout flows, and control panels. Design and create new content pages, templates, mockups, and prototypes.
  12. Video Production & Motion Graphics: Handle all aspects of video production, editing, and animation. Develop scalable video content, including product demos and looping animations that quickly explain value. Create quick onboarding videos, such as "getting started" walkthroughs and feature discovery tooltips.
  13. Marketing Operations & Tracking: Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4 integration, and conversion tracking. Identify additional behavioral or funnel tracking opportunities and provide ongoing tracking of conversion actions and event accuracy.
  14. SEO & Website Maintenance: Support SEO and AEO/AI search readiness through schema implementation, structured content modules, and visual assets. Perform website maintenance, including page speed improvements and code/CSS clean-up. Conduct structural creative and conversion testing across ads and landing pages.
  15. Quality Assurance & Documentation: Maintain a consistent final review process with thorough double-checking and proofing to reduce errors prior to launch. Provide strong, clear documentation of changes, configurations, and rationale in our project management system, so updates are easy to maintain over time.
  16. Schedule:
  17. 40 hours a week. Monday Friday: 8:00am 5:00pm BRT
  18. Requirements & Experience
  19. 3-5 years proven experience for web and SEO; B2B required.
  20. Portfolio of graphic design and video editing.
  21. Native or near-native English speaking and writing ability is required.
  22. Advanced understanding of on-page and technical SEO.
  23. Familiarity with WordPress, G-Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or Semrush.
  24. Ability to interact effectively with different departments and strong teamwork skills.
